India has a history of generating many successful entrepreneurs that lead to the establishment of family-run businesses.  Given the unique set of challenges that face such enterprises in terms of defining leadership roles on transferring ownership to future generations, our partners saw the necessity for a program that would provide strategic direction to family entrepreneurs as they induct their children into their organization and prepare them to become future business leaders.
