Young Dolphins
  • This is Browne and Mohan’s flagship programme to attract students with diverse academic backgrounds. A two year paid internship programme is offered to students. Four such students are selected each year after a comprehensive evaluation by our consultants. Select set of students may also be sponsored for an MBA.
  • Deans of colleges may send resumes to with the students profile, a covering letter and supporting academic documents.
Browne and Mohan Consulting Fellowship Program for MBA, MA (Economics, Sociology or Media studies) or M Sc (Industrial Psychology)
  • A fellowship programme is offered to students of tier 2 and tier 3 colleges who may have missed out on practical learning due to infrastructural limitations and thereby hindered in the field of consulting.
  • Postgraduate students with management, economics, sociology, Psychology and media studies degrees are encouraged to apply. The main idea of a fellowship at Browne & Mohan is to encourage the concept of learning by doing. Selected students undergo 1 year paid fellowship and on successful completion may be absorbed into the company.

HR consultants work on following areas:
  • Participate in client projects related to Organization development.
  • Design Performance Management systems including Balanced score Card for clients.
  • Leadership development activities for clien
  • Conduct HR Audit
  • Create Great Place to Work (GPTW) process internally and for external organizations
This is a challenging role best suited for live wire, people oriented persons, create positive vibes and result driven, positive mind set people oozing with exuberance. People with genuine interest in HR and applications, very strong written and verbal communication skills encouraged to apply.

Marketing consultants work on
  • Creating marketing assets like content and visuals
  • Managing the content for the website, creating sales collaterals including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc.
  • Creating new media (social media) campaigns, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIn, You Tube etc.

This role requires people live and breath marketing. Knowledge of brand building, brand development and brand equity measurement principles, frameworks and practices to execute specific assignments or develop, measure and refine brand development / positioning strategies as per role expectations, become true Brand Owner /Ambassador. Candidate must have photography skills (DSLR), Music, Painting or other interest must.
