Young Dolphins: paid internship for undergraduate students (18 months)
This is Browne and Mohan’s flagship programme to attract students with diverse academic backgrounds. This is 18 month paid internship programme offered to BA, Btech, BBM, BSc and other undergraduate students.
Returning Falcons - Women professionals who have taken a break and wish to return
We targeted this program at women professionals from CA, ICWA, MBA, MS, MA- Economics, Sociology, Marketing and advertising backgrounds who have taken a break to honour their personal commitment. We encourage women professionals up to 10 years of break of service to apply.

2nd Innings Champions: retirees who the zeal the lead

We targeted this program at retirees with experience in administration, sales, marketing, and international business. They work on specific internal or external assignments. Zeal to share their knowledge and train younger folks is a must.
